Detailed Program
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi and Welcome
Morning or evening: Arrival at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Welcome by our local representative at the airport, followed by a transfer to the hotel.
Rest at the hotel or explore the city depending on your arrival time.
Day 2: Delhi / Udaipur (by flight)
Morning: After breakfast at your hotel transfer to Delhi airport to catch your flight to Udaipur.
Afternoon: Arrive in Udaipur, check into the hotel, and enjoy some free time to relax.
Late afternoon: Attend a traditional dance and puppet show at Bagore Ki Haveli, a former princely residence by Lake Pichola.
Day 3 – Udaipur – The Venice of East
Morning: After breakfast, visit the City Palace, an impressive 16th-century palace blending Rajput and Mughal styles. Then head to the 17th-century Jagdish Temple by Lake Pichola.
Afternoon: Wander through Udaipur’s markets to discover local crafts.
Late afternoon: Take a boat ride on Lake Pichola to admire the palaces and watch the sunset over the lake.
Day 4 – Udaipur / Chittorgarh / Pushkar (300kms & 6hrs)
Morning: After breakfast, drive to Chittorgarh, once the capital of the Mewar Kingdom. Explore the grand Chittorgarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Discover its impressive ramparts, majestic gates, and ancient palaces such as Rana Kumbha Palace, as well as the graceful Vijay Stambh (Victory Tower) and the Tower of Fame.
Afternoon: Continue your journey to Pushkar. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax for a while.
Evening: Enjoy a stroll around the sacred Pushkar Lake and witness the peaceful evening aarti (prayer ceremony). Explore the colorful streets and visit the famous Brahma Temple, one of the few temples in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma.
Day 5 : Pushkar / Jaipur (150km et 3hrs)
Morning: Early morning stroll around the Pushkar lake to explore the spritual ambience of the city. After breakfast drive to Jaipur. On arrival check in to your hotel.
Afternoon: Dive into the cultural ambiance of Jaipur by visiting the beautiful Laxminarayan Temple, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Lakshmi. Admire the elegant architecture and artistic details of this sacred place.
Evening: Participate in an authentic Indian cooking class with a local family. Learn the secrets of traditional Rajasthani cuisine and try your hand at preparing delicious dishes under the guidance of your host. Enjoy this immersive experience to discover the unique flavors and spices of Indian cuisine, while sharing convivial moments with your travel companions and hosts.
Day 6 – Jaipur – The Pink City
Morning: Depart for a visit to the majestic Amber Fort, located outside the city. Explore its sumptuous palaces built in the 16th century, especially the Mirror Palace (you can reach the fort by elephant, jeep, or on foot, depending on your choice).
A stop will be proposed towards the end of the morning, along with a visit to the exterior of the Jal Mahal (Water Palace).
Afternoon: Visit the City Palace, an impressive palace at the heart of Jaipur, an example of refined Indo-Mughal architecture. Then visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) with its 953 windows overlooking the bazaars.
Late afternoon: Take a stroll through the historical lanes of Jaipur in an electric cycle rickshaw. A rainbow of spices, shimmering saris, jewelry, and leather goods will unfold before your eyes.
Day 7 – Jaipur / Abhaneri / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra (255km, 5 hours)
Morning: After breakfast, depart for Agra, the city of Taj Mahal.
Afternoon: Stop for a visit to the Abhaneri stepwell and the Mughal royal city of Fatehpur Sikri.
Late afternoon: Check into the hotel in Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal. Then visit the Red Fort, also known as Agra Fort. Explore this imposing red sandstone fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which once housed the Mughal emperors. Discover the palaces, mosques, and gardens within its walls, while enjoying a view of the Taj Mahal in the distance.
Afterward, take a free walk to explore Agra’s vibrant bazaars, a festival of colors, scents, and flavors.
Day 8 – Agra / Delhi (245km & 5h drive)
Morning: Start the day with a visit to the legendary Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most famous monuments in the world. Built in the 17th century by Emperor Shah Jahan as a tribute to his wife Mumtaz Mahal, this stunning white marble mausoleum stands as a timeless symbol of love.
Late Morning: Next, head to the nearby Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort of Agra, a majestic fortress of red sandstone that was once the seat of the Mughal empire. This grand fort, also a UNESCO site, offers an impressive glimpse into India’s royal history. Walk through its palatial courtyards, royal halls, and towers, where views from the balconies provide a glimpse of the Taj Mahal in the distance. The fort’s strategic position and intricate architecture showcase the grandeur of Mughal ingenuity and strength.
Early Afternoon: After the fort visit, begin your journey back to Delhi by road, enjoying the diverse rural landscapes of Uttar Pradesh along the way.
Evening: Upon arrival in Delhi, check in to your hotel free time to relax.

Day 9 – Delhi
Morning: After breakfast, start the day by visiting India’s capital, Delhi. Visit the 17th-century Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Then, take a cycle rickshaw ride through the lively streets of Chandni Chowk, the historic and commercial heart of Delhi since the Mughal Empire.
Afternoon: Visit the Sikh temple Bangla Sahib, built in the 18th century, all in marble. Discover its impressive community kitchen that serves daily meals to thousands of pilgrims, a beautiful example of generosity and service. Continue with a visit to Humayun’s Tomb, which inspired the construction of the Taj Mahal.
Late afternoon: Visit the red sandstone Qutub Minar, a minaret erected in the 12th century, showcasing the Islamic architecture of the Delhi Sultanate. Evening return to the hotel for relax.
Day 10 – Delhi & departure
After the breakfast transfer to Delhi international airport to catch your flight back home or onward journey.
