After breakfast, we will drive to Mandawa. Mandawa is a village in the Shekhawati region famous for its fresco-painted havelis and royal palaces. The Havelis were houses decorated with frescoes of various patterns, which belonged to wealthy merchants doing business on the Silk Road. Check in to the hotel in Mandawa and visit of Havelis.

Mandawa is a small principality in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, which was once a rich center for trade and commerce as the region was a highlight of the Silk Route. There was commerce and trade in the region, due to which, the region was popular among the merchants coming from far eastern regions. It gave the opportunity for the region to flourish and grow. We still find luxurious houses or more commonly known as Havelis in the region, decorated with mural paintings depicting the lifestyle and mentality of people in the early 19th Century. In the morning you will drive to Tal Chappar Blackbug Sanctuary. Tal Chhapar Sanctuary is one of the famous halting destinations for many migratory birds. Day 5 – Jaisalmer

Morning: After breakfast at your hotel, head to explore the Golden Fort (Sonar Kila), built in 1156 by Rajput ruler Jaisal. The fort is a living monument, housing shops, hotels, temples, and ancient havelis. Visit the Patwa-ki-Haveli, a collection of five havelis, each one more ornate than the other. Continue your visit with the visit of Salim Singh-ki-Haveli, recognized for its peacock-shaped roof and intricate latticework.

Afternoon: On arrival check in to your hotel. In the afternoon head to visit Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India. The fort’s museum showcases royal palanquins, costumes, and intricate miniature paintings. Nearby is the Jaswant Thada, a milky-white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, featuring intricate carvings and a serene lake.

End of the Afternoon: Meander through the Sardar Market near the Clock Tower, famous for spices, hand-embroidered fabrics, and silver trinkets.

Day 7: Jodhpur / Jojawar

Morning: After breakfast, depart for the picturesque village of Jojawar, nestled in the Aravali Mountains.

Day 12 – Jaipur

Morning: After breakfast at your hotel start your visit of Jaipur with the Amber Fort, a fusion of Mughal and Hindu architecture. Don’t miss the Sheesh Mahal, a room adorned with thousands of mirror tiles and colored glasses. The fort also houses Diwan-i-Aam, the Hall of Public Audience, featuring a double row of columns with elephant-head brackets.
On the way back to Jaipur, a brief halt to visit from outside the Jal Mahal situated on the lake Mansagar.
